ila At Home is our monthly support service for you or your loved one. You will have a trusted ila Adviser who gets to know you, understands the wider picture and helps put the right support in place before difficulties become crises.

We know that most people want to continue living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. ila At Home helps make that possible.

Our Advisers work collaboratively with individuals and their families, helping them understand their options, coordinate services and navigate the journey ahead.

By getting to know the same Adviser over time, you can build a genuine, trusted relationship and feel supported at every stage.

Weekly wellbeing visit — £100 per month
Weekly companionship visit — £100 per month
Laundry service — £25 per person, per week
Home decluttering and organisation — £275 per five-hour day
Benefit application support — £150
