Making a Referral
Our professional referral process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
With the individual’s agreement, complete our secure referral form and provide their preferred contact details and a brief explanation of the support they may need.
An ila Adviser will then make contact, discuss their circumstances and explain the available options. Any costs will be clearly explained before services are arranged.
You can call us now on 0330 117 0210 to speak with one of our ila team or fill out our Professional Referral form below.
This referral service is not monitored as an emergency service. For an immediate medical emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111.
Working Within Our Scope
ila provides independent advice, companionship, coordination and practical support.
We do not provide regulated personal care, nursing, clinical treatment or medical services. Where these are required, we can help individuals and families identify appropriate registered providers.
